Web-Ed is always improving.

We have been building and improving this system for nearly 15 years. It has a long history of upgrades, revisions, improvements, and features. It is designed to focus on the "user", but we recognize the importance of the the "administrator's" experience, as well. Below are some of the most recent news about the systems.

All-California Real Estate Data Delivered.

DMS: (February 2021) Web-Ed systems has expanded its system to store real estate sales data to include all of California’s 23 different listing services. This dataset started with just the LA area, but clients have urged us to expand to the whole state.

Web-Ed consolidates the data into a single dataset, removing any duplicate listings. The listing data is updated several times a day so that the current data is accurately reflected. Agent and office contact information is included.

Historical data is maintained online for 2 years, so that an agent’s sales performance can be displayed, by month, during that period.

Web-Ed systems makes this database available to key clients under a licensing agreement.
